International Conference on Mathematics: An Istanbul Meeting for World Mathematicians is organised in the first week of each july for the next years in Istanbul, Turkey. ICOM-2019 is the 3rd conference of the serie, previously ICOME-2017, ICOM-2018. This conference is concerned with the theory and the applications of mathematical sciences. All topics related to pure and applied mathematics are in the scope of the conference.
