Dear Scientists, We are writing the happiness of meeting the second of the congress. We deeply thank for the interest and sacrifice regarding introducing the scientific works into the literature thanks to the communion and discussion made by expert scientists through the national and international participations. Verbal notices and posters presented in our congress will be arranged according to the publication principles of our below-mentioned journals and published in relevant journals after they are uploaded to the system and the referee evaluation process is completed. The authority in publication of the papers unilaterally belongs to the editors and administrators of relevant journals. It is not a certain case to publish the papers presented in our congress. The papers considered to be appropriate for publication after the referee evaluation process will obtain the right to be published.
